Positive Stories of Insight

A place to enjoy the lost art of storytelling. Storytelling stirs emotions and influences behavior. We experience the knowledge in our mind's eye and make the meaning for ourselves. Stories that come from my childhood and more recent events inspire me to write narratives in parable form in hopes that the reader can gain wisdom and be inspired. It is my desire you will be able to use the following true stories as an incentive to further develop your personal, emotional, and spiritual growth.

An Island with Friends

Do you sometimes feel like you are an Island with no inhabitants? By that I mean, that it feels like no one wants to be around you for whatever reason.

Also you may feel at times that you have no one to turn to, to talk to, or listen to you.

Well, believe it or not you really are not alone. It only appears to you that way. For you see you have friends all around you and of course, your Mightiest friend is always near you.

In the physical world they can’t be seen or heard. However if you were to get still and go within you would be able to feel them around you, along with the Mightiest friend of all.

For I say unto you, visit your friends that are always there; even at those times when you feel like an Island.

So my children, it’s OK to visit what others can’t see or hear when you are looking for a friend.
